My name is Guillermo Alberti, I studied the career of Graphic Design focused on advertising art direction and communication.

I started my career in FCB Montevideo where I entered as a trainee and after 3 years I was leading the agency graphic team. It was there that I learned how to integrate teamwork and how to lead it. There, I also learned the operation of an advertising agency and had the opportunity to work for international brands.

After that, I went on to Notable Publicidad, where I was allowed to work for leading international and regional brands. This was a great learning experience and a new perspective that is undoubtedly one of the biggest supports of my career.

Considering my experience in those agencies, I was invited to join Maldito Rodriguez in Spain. I was part of the creative team, which was a big challenge, and a radical change in my career and personal life.

Then I went back to Montevideo to work for Grey Group Uruguay, where I was in charge of the art team to reposition the agency in the market.

In 2011 I started working as Art Director for one of the most creative agencies in Uruguay, Havas Gurisa where I was Art Director and could develop my skills in the position.

Since 2014 I have worked as a freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer for several different companies related to design and for different brands which let me grow professionally and personally.

Mi nombre es Guillermo Alberti, estudié la carrera de Diseño Gráfico enfocado en Dirección de Arte Publicitario y Comunicación.

Comencé mi carrera en FCB Montevideo donde ingresé como pasante y luego de 3 años lideraba el equipo gráfico de la agencia. Fue allí donde aprendí a trabajar en equipo y a liderarlo. Allí también aprendí el funcionamiento de una agencia de publicidad y tuve la oportunidad de trabajar para marcas internacionales.

Después de eso, ingresé a Notable Publicidad, donde se me permitió trabajar para marcas líderes internacionales y regionales. Esta fue una gran experiencia de aprendizaje, una nueva perspectiva que sin duda es uno de los mayores apoyos de mi carrera.

Teniendo en cuenta mi experiencia en esas agencias, me invitaron a unirme a Maldito Rodríguez en España. Formé parte del equipo creativo, definitivamente un gran desafío y un cambio radical en mi carrera y en mi vida personal.

Luego volví a Montevideo para trabajar en Grey Group Uruguay, donde estuve a cargo del equipo de arte con el objetivo de reposicionar la agencia en el mercado.

En 2011 comencé a trabajar como Director de Arte para una de las agencias más creativas de Uruguay, Havas Gurisa donde fui Director de Arte y pude desarrollar mis propias habilidades en el puesto.

Desde 2014 trabajo como Director de Arte y Diseñador Gráfico freelance para diferentes empresas relacionadas con el diseño y para diferentes marcas que me permiten crecer profesional y personalmente.
